		<description>It&#039;s interesting to see the link between getting angry and not having much patience and anxiety. I hadn&#039;t thought of it before but often the times when I get most angry are also the ones when I am feeling most anxious. I liked the content of this but have you thought of using a slightly darker font? I am a bit short-sighted and I found it quite hard work to read this!
